Will someone meet me on the day?
Panda Treasure Quest is a self-guided activity, so there will not be anyone to meet you at the starting location. All instructions on how to start the mission will be included in the booking confirmation email after you have bought your tickets. You interact with a smart Whatsapp bot who will be your game master and guide you through the mission.
Can children join the squad?
Participants must be at least 16 years old to join unaccompanied by an adult. Children under 16 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult throughout the mission.
What if I can no longer make it on the day or it rains?
You can reschedule your booking anytime before your mission starts for free.
Can I request refund?
No refunds, however, you can reschedule your booking anytime before your mission starts for free as many times as you like.
What will the other locations be?
Panda Treasure Quest is expanding fast. We currently operate in London, with new sectors across the UK and major global cities launching soon. Keep an eye on our Instagram for new mission drops.
Do I need to download an app?
No. All you need is WhatsApp and a charged phone. We don’t make you download clunky apps that drain your battery.
Is there a time limit?
The mission is challenging but never impossible. If you’re stumped, just type "HELP" in the WhatsApp chat. Our system will send you a nudge to get you back on track.
What should we bring?
Just yourselves, comfortable walking shoes, and a charged smartphone.
How many players can participate?
We recommend 2 to 6 players per squad.
Why? This ensures everyone can see the phone, hear the clues, and stay involved in the mystery.
Big Groups: If you have more than 6 people, we suggest splitting into multiple teams of 2-6 and competing against each other to see who can finish the mission first!
When can we play?
Every day, 7:00 AM – Midnight.
